Hi, I’m Laurie!

I’ve been a licensed esthetician for 17 years and a medical skincare instructor for over a decade, helping thousands of people understand their skin with clarity and confidence. Throughout my career, I’ve treated every skin type and concern imaginable. But as I entered a new phase of life, my own skin began to change too. Hormonal shifts made it more sensitive, more reactive, and suddenly less tolerant of products I had used for years. I realized I needed skincare that worked with my skin, not against it. Cleaner, more intentional, and still truly effective.

In 2021, everything came together in a moment I’ll never forget. I was at a New Kids on the Block concert at Fenway Park, singing like my 13-year-old self. As I looked around the stadium, I saw thousands of women just like me. Women who grew up with this music and are now in the same season of life, juggling family, responsibilities, and changing bodies. Women whose skin is likely shifting and asking for something different than it once did. And in that moment, it clicked.

That’s how 728 SKIN was born. I wanted to create skincare filled with THE RIGHT STUFF, clean ingredients, effective formulas, and routines that actually make sense for real life and changing skin. Products that respect the barrier, support long-term skin health, and deliver results. And because nostalgia brings happiness, every product is named after a New Kids on the Block song. Skincare should feel good, make you smile, and be something you look forward to, not another chore on your list.
